Festival of the Stars
Good evening Cordero Community!
Tomorrow is the return of our Annual Festival of the Stars Field Day for all students. Your child's teachers should have given you some details specific to their experience, below are some reminders for all students.
1-All volunteers should meet with Mrs. Fuchs in the auditorium at 8:30 sharp.
2-Please make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes/sneakers.
3-Students should wear blue or yellow, school-appropriate tops with active bottoms. Teachers who assigned colors should have already communicated this. If not, we will take care of it tomorrow.
4-Please make sure you bring a bottle of water for the activities and apply sun protection. Tomorrow's high is in the 80s and the sun will be out!
5-For lunch, we will serve hot dogs, water, and watermelon to all students outside on Pavonia Ave. A vegetarian option is also available for students with dietary restrictions. School lunch will continue to be available and you are welcome to send lunch with your child if they will not eat what is offered.
6-Students in the middle school will be in the Oaks and Students PK-5 will be in Hamilton Park and return for lunch at their regularly scheduled time.
