Parent Conference Night on Monday, November 22
The first marking period ends on Monday, November 15. It is highly recommended you review your child’s grades using the Student Portal on Infinite Campus: https://jerseycitynj.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/students/jerseycity.jsp
Pre-K Parents can find their reports on COR. Please ask your child's teacher for further support.
If you would like a report card emailed (on 11/22) or a paper copy sent home (on 11/23), please complete this Google Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfC0D06M_dEp0OmSwiun8QZYg5gf7Chhf3MfA_GeiIO_JT_WQ/viewform
Please note if your child is failing a major subject (Math, Reading, Writing Science or Social Studies), report cards will not be sent until there is a conference set up.
Please request a 5-minute VIRTUAL appointment for Monday, November 22 with your child's teacher from 6:30-7:55. They will share how to do this through their Google Classroom, ClassTag, COR or other means by which they communicate with you. If you have any trouble setting up an appointment with your child's teacher, please contact the office (201-714-4390). If you need a longer appointment, you will need to set it up with the teacher separately.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY
The Potato March was a HUGE success!
Appointments
Parents, please refrain from setting up appointments during the school day. Every minute that your child misses will be critical for their education. In addition, the calls for students interrupt valuable classroom instruction. We are asking that you make every effort to make appointments before or after school times.
Lateness
Parents, please be reminded students are to be present at school by 8:30. We have a number of students arriving late and missing valuable minutes of education. Please do your best to ensure that they are here on time every day.
Book Fair is OPEN!
Please feel free to review this letter. Any questions should be directed to Ms. Pergola. All students will have access within school.
Wednesday, November 24 is a HALF Day with 12:45 Dismissal
Please pick up your child on time. Please note we will NOT have CASPER, YMCA or Boys & Girls Club.
School is CLOSED Thursday and Friday November 25-26
May you enjoy Thanksgiving safely with the ones you love.
